3D OrthoBiologic Solutions (3DOS), based in Herndon, Virginia, is developing customized, 3D-printed bone grafts to help surgeons repair and regenerate bone lost due to cancer, disease, or trauma. 3DOS is pioneering a faster, safer, and more effective way to restore bone, reducing surgical time and improving patient recovery. Our mission is to revolutionize the treatment of bone defects. Our vision is to make personalized bone repair simple and accessible, improving patient outcomes, reducing surgical burden, and transforming how surgeons treat bone loss. Our innovations are patient-specific devices made of a biodegradable, low-cost polymer composite and a full customization design methodology backed by strong IP. Having an already customized device saves a significant amount of time in the operating room. A regenerative and biodegradable device significantly improves current clinical issues and the need for revisions. Bone grafts are needed for patients with cancer, trauma, dental disease, or other pathology with irreversible structural bone loss.
AkriVita is a Maryland-based medtech company developing the MultiPort needle, a 3D-printed microinjection needle that makes cell and embryo injection more precise, consistent and reliable. Microinjection is essential in genetic research, organoid and stem cell work, and IVF. Yet labs still rely on hand-pulled glass needles that clog, break and vary from needle to needle, wasting time, samples and reagents. In interviews with 79 users across more than 40 institutions, 90% reported needle variability and 66% reported clogging.
The MultiPort needle is manufactured with micron-level precision and has a sealed tip with multiple side ports designed to resist clogging. It fits standard microinjection systems with no change to existing workflows. An earlier version of the same design was validated in a peer-reviewed study, and the current needle is now being tested with partner labs. The technology is protected by two issued US patents, with a European application pending. AkriVita has raised $1.4M in non-dilutive funding from NIH, NSF and MIPS, plus $100K from TEDCO. After strong interest at the TT2026 conference, more than 65 labs have asked to test the needle in their own systems. We are targeting a research-use launch in Q2 2027, followed by clinical applications.
Animus Technology Corporation (DBA Animus)
Animus is an AI scribe and intelligence layer for the construction site. Field teams lose hours every day to documentation such as daily observations, inspections, and action items. Despite the time sink, documentation today captures only a fraction of what they see. Field leaders like superintendents are especially overburdened, balancing leading from the field with reporting daily progress. They are also the hardest role in construction to hire for, and the labor pressure is growing as older superintendents retire.
With Animus, field teams on commercial and multifamily projects use smart glasses and phones to seamlessly capture what they see and say through videos, photos, and voice notes (called “field events”). Animus then identifies the right information to fill out the company’s reports and syncs the field events and drafted documentation to the team’s system of record. Animus eliminates documentation inefficiency that can cost thousands of hours and millions of dollars per project through lost labor capacity and rework from missed issues. It also augments field teams by catching key details they missed. After visiting job sites across the DMV, we now have three design partners using Animus on multimillion-dollar projects, with additional design partners and pilot contracts in our pipeline.
Institutions spend billions each year on local and small vendors, and almost none can prove what that
spending produced. Verification lives in one system, payment in another, and reporting is rebuilt by hand months later.
Unify by Arplans is spend-compliance infrastructure that puts the full vendor lifecycle on one record:Onboard (program applications and enrollment), Verify (AI-assisted document review with human confirmation), Commit (contracts and compliance-gated payments), and Report (ZIP-level spend, vendor performance, and audit-ready outcomes on demand). A vendor verified once carries that profile into every future program, so each program an institution runs is cheaper to stand up than the last.
Arplans serves municipalities, universities, hospitals, and certifying agencies that must document where program dollars go. Demand is driven by obligation, not preference, and the shift from MWBE to local-and-small certification is forcing agencies to rebuild how they verify and report. Anchored by the City of Wilmington Office of Economic Development, Unify has onboarded 200+ vendors, executed 400+ agreements, and supported $400K+ in vendor payments and contract value at a 99% compliance rate across DE, PA, NJ, and MD, with 30%+ of vendors returning. Revenue comes from SaaS licenses, managed White-Glove delivery, and White-Label deployments.
Atheon Bio is a preclinical-stage biotechnology company developing a first-in-class antibody platform against MYCT1, a structural target found only on tumor endothelial cells (the cells lining tumor blood vessels). Current anti-angiogenic drugs such as VEGF inhibitors also act on normal blood vessels. Because MYCT1 appears only in tumor vessels, Atheon’s antibodies can normalize those vessels and remodel the tumor immune microenvironment, with the goal of overcoming resistance to PD-1 checkpoint inhibitors.
The pipeline includes ATN001, a monoclonal antibody with leads in oncology (F4) and ophthalmology (C12, for wet AMD and diabetic retinopathy), and two early-stage bispecifics: ATN002 (PD-1×MYCT1) and ATN003 (VEGF×MYCT1). Founded in Korea in 2022, Atheon Bio is establishing its U.S. headquarters in Manassas, Virginia, in collaboration with George Mason University’s Center for Applied Proteomics and Molecular Medicine (CAPMM)

Edrevel AI is an outcome driven AI workforce skills readiness and compliance platform for manufacturing, government, and industrial organizations. It identifies skill gaps in real time and lets operators act before they turn into downtime, defects, or a failed audit. An idle line with no trained backup can cost up to $2.3M per hour, and an auditor asking for proof means scrambling to reconstruct records.
Edrevel AI solves this by running skills scoring and training generation as one system, closing a gap as it is found, not weeks later. It adapts to any regulatory framework that governs the work, such as ISO 9001, without a rebuild per standard. Critical gaps and certification expiry surface at a glance through our Workforce Intelligence dashboard, queryable in plain language through Ask Revel, Edrevel AI’s built-in AI assistant, supporting timely, informed decisions.
Edrevel AI is proven at scale, across manufacturers, government agencies, and training providers, including Britannia Industries, Bosch, and the Arizona Department of Homeland Security. In four years Edrevel AI expanded to six countries, and was named in the U.S. Chamber’s CO-100, the annual list of 100 best small U.S businesses, as a 2026 Global Star for that growth.
Enclavia.ai runs AI agents inside an organization’s own walls, checking every answer and logging every action. We built it for regulated buyers, including federal and defense agencies, healthcare and MedTech companies, and financial institutions, who want AI agents but cannot send their data to the cloud, cannot trust agents that drift off track, and cannot accept bills that grow with every question.
Our platform deploys inside the customer’s cloud, data center or a sealed edge device, works with any open or commercial model, and gives teams one console to build, run, watch and prove their agents. Five design partners across MedTech, life sciences and security are building on it today. With our parent RoarTech we have won two federal awards: a five-year, roughly $10M Department of Education task order where Enclavia is the AI layer, live since September 2026, and a 10-year Department of Justice BPA with a ceiling of about $989M. We sell direct with a six-week paid pilot and through system integrators who resell Enclavia at one price per deployment.

Haven Mutual is a policyholder owned auto insurer, organized in Pennsylvania, that returns unused premium to drivers instead of shareholders. The operating systems are built. Maven, the proprietary premium return and surplus distribution engine, calculates, approves, and disburses member returns across nine modules, with a state rules layer for all four Phase 1 states and 51 passing tests. Cadence, a full employee lifecycle platform from recruitment through exit, carries the workforce and compliance load a carrier bears. Both were designed and coded by the founder.
Auto insurance is a $359 billion market where premiums have risen roughly 55 percent since 2020, yet the premium a driver does not use becomes a stock carrier’s profit. Haven changes the corporate form: members own the company. Haven returns 15 to 25 percent of unused premium each year, funds preventive vehicle maintenance, and distributes surplus as dividends. A 1.5 percent Social Impact Allocation funds free state minimum coverage for drivers at or below 150 percent of the federal poverty level, and four year scholarships for students entering insurance and finance careers at partner universities. Pennsylvania launches in 2027, with New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland to follow. The base plan projects 30,000 policyholders and $54 million in gross written premium by Year 5.

We’ve lived the caregiver experience and enabled non-clinical personnel at 12 Community Hospitals & Clinics to deliver care at the edge, and invite you to join us in this endeavor to address the need for targeted, intelligent support for caregivers and patients’ care in the home.
iMogul AI is an entertainment technology platform that helps screenwriters, actors, producers, studios, and investors discover, evaluate, package, and develop film and television projects before committing significant production capital. The platform combines AI-powered screenplay analysis, market and production intelligence, audience validation, actor discovery, and iMogul Greenlight, a producer-facing workflow for discovering and evaluating projects. iMogul is a decision-support and collaboration platform designed to amplify human creativity rather than replace creative professionals, using AI to create more intelligent deal flow by connecting the right projects with the right producers, studios, investors, talent, and audiences.
Index HealthTech is a device-and-data intelligence company built for older adults. Its platform is built to measure everyday behavior, establish each person’s own baseline, and turn changes from that baseline into a prioritized worklist for the care team. In our beachhead market of life plan communities and senior living, residents don’t have to wear, charge, or remember anything. No cameras. Every deployment also builds the longitudinal data foundation for a new map of functional decline. Started by a son who watched it happen. Built by a team determined to change what happens next.
Interlock is an agentic, AI-native SaaS platform that unites the systems businesses run on through a shared data core. CRM, accounting and compliance, equity and cap table management, HR, payroll, and talent acquisition work together in one integrated suite.
A full go-to-market layer connects audience intelligence and ideal customer profile (ICP) list building with buying signals drawn from web content, campaign sequencing and execution, and voice-agent BDR follow-up on warm leads. Brand strategy, content development, creative production, social outreach and engagement, and closed-loop attribution connect market insight to measurable results.
With revenue, financial, ownership, and people data kept in sync, autonomous agents can work across functions without the fragmentation of disconnected tools. Interlock gives growing businesses—including those operating under government contracting requirements—a unified foundation that scales from startup to enterprise.
Jericho Sciences is a private, preclinical-stage pharmaceutical R&D company developing novel antiviral therapeutics and corresponding personalized diagnostic assays which specifically address limitations of current therapies for chronic and emerging virus infections. We are currently focused on developing a cure for chronic Hepatitis B Virus infection, affecting >240 million people globally.
Chronic Hepatitis B Virus is the leading cause of liver-related diseases, including liver cancer (45% of cases), cirrhosis (30% of cases), and liver failure, while increasing chronic inflammation and immune dysfunction. It contributes to approximately 1 million deaths annually. The unmet medical need is that no regulatory-approved therapy can eliminate or inactivate the persistent viral reservoir responsible for this chronic infection, called the covalently closed circular DNA (cccDNA). The viral cccDNA is the genomic template in liver cells that continually makes new virus and viral proteins. Current standard of care drugs are NOT curative, but only temporarily limit virus production (but not all the viral proteins), and are required continuously. Patient adherence to these drugs is poor, resulting in continuing risks of life-threatening liver diseases. Jericho Sciences addresses this unmet need by targeting the underlying root cause of viral persistence by inactivating, reducing and clearing the viral cccDNA reservoir, thus supporting a complete cure for patients worldwide and corresponding reductions in liver diseases.
JivaJet is an Arlington, Virginia-based aerospace company developing advanced electric propulsion and spacecraft technologies that enable sustained operations in Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO) and Ultra-VLEO. The company is commercializing two complementary propulsion platforms spanning approximately 80 km to conventional LEO and beyond. Its JJ Drive provides compact, high-performance electric propulsion for satellites operating above VLEO, while its proprietary HyABPT air-breathing plasma propulsion system is designed to use the surrounding upper-atmospheric gas as propellant, enabling sustained operations at altitudes where conventional satellites rapidly decay. JivaJet’s technology enables defense, intelligence, Earth-observation, communications, and commercial missions to operate closer to Earth, providing higher-resolution sensing, lower communications latency, reduced launch requirements, and new responsive-space mission architectures. The company is working with satellite manufacturers, defense primes, government organizations, and international space companies and is preparing multiple flight demonstrations to transition its propulsion technologies into commercial production.
Lighthouse Solutions (Renarra AI)
Renarra AI builds AI agents to meet the investigative demand by automating portions of the investigative process for hard to prosecute crimes. Its first product, FlagWatch, gives law enforcement a single system for triaging cybertip volume, running undercover operations, and packaging court-ready evidence — the full chain from signal to prosecution, rather than one piece of it.
Renarra AI builds detection and evidence infrastructure for crimes the justice system struggles to prosecute — cases where the harm is well documented but the evidence is scattered, digital, and hard to collect in a form a court will accept.
The company’s first product, FlagWatch, is built for law enforcement agencies investigating online child exploitation and trafficking. Investigators today face a volume problem that has become a triage problem: the overwhelming majority of incoming tips lead nowhere, and the work of sorting them consumes the same detectives who would otherwise be building cases. FlagWatch handles that initial layer — prioritizing incoming reports, automating undercover operations, and documenting evidence in a form prosecutors can use — so investigators spend their time on the cases that close.
Renarra measures its work in convictions, not detections. The company’s aim is more cases prosecuted, shorter time from tip to arrest, and less cumulative trauma for the investigators carrying this work. Its systems operate under law enforcement supervision and are designed to amplify investigators rather than replace them.

The Status Quo: We’ve all been in the meeting—the diligence, the boardroom, the working group. Smart people are trying hard but the process slips away. A key point gets buried. Assumptions stay unspoken, just as the loudest voice runs out the clock. The call gets made, people concur, but everyone hears something different. What’s been missing all along is the decision logic: not just the tasks and summary, but the actual chain of reasons that drove the call. Existing tools preserve content, not the logic that made the call defensible. The smarter the room, the harder it becomes to stay aligned—and the higher the stakes, the more expensive drift becomes.
Our Solution: OpenVetting is the whiteboard for decision logic—teams bring documents and arguments into a visual workspace where AI structures claims, questions, challenges, dependencies, and rationale. Participants inspect the logic in context, answer objections where they arise, and preserve the reasoning alongside the working text. As people contribute, the record writes itself—the team’s visual case for what was best at the time. The next product step is live voice: this raise extends that reasoning surface into meetings and spoken discussion, so the logic takes shape while the room is still working through the call, not reconstructed afterward. Beyond that, the R&D roadmap moves toward persistent reasoning-state telemetry.
Our Marketplace: We start where weak reasoning is expensive: boards and strategy groups, investment and diligence teams, regulated workgroups, policy and funding panels, and professional standards bodies. These organizations already pay experts to analyze evidence, challenge conclusions, and produce rationales that survive scrutiny.
ORAIN Biotechnologies helps pharmaceutical companies reduce the risk of their clinical trials. Our platform uses foundation models and AI agents to analyze the clinical data these companies already collect and identifies which patients will respond to the drug before the trial starts.
We work study by study. A sponsor uploads data they already have from a trial: tumor tissue and clinical data. The platform reads the raw data directly, with no manual labeling. We deliver a report with a ranked list of candidate biomarkers: the biological signals that tell the sponsor which patients will respond. The report comes with a visualizer where their own scientists can explore the results and share the analysis with their team.

Small businesses spend money to get customers to call, email, chat, and message them. Then they lose revenue when those inquiries go unanswered, receive incorrect information, or never get a follow-up. The Communications Hub is built to stop that revenue leakage.
Our AI-powered platform turns incoming conversations into action. Starting with voice, AI agents answer around the clock, understand what customers need, capture opportunities, and move each interaction toward a booking, a sale, or a clear next step. As we expand across text, email, and other channels, businesses will have one place to manage the conversations that drive revenue.
The cost of a missed conversation goes beyond one unanswered call. A question left unresolved can stall a purchase. A follow-up that never happens can send a customer to a competitor. We help small and midsize businesses respond while the opportunity is still live.
We are starting with voice because calls are urgent, valuable, and routinely missed. Our platform is designed to connect AI agents and human teams across every channel where business happens, so opportunities keep moving forward. The Communications Hub makes every conversation count. Miss the call, miss the sale.
Torev is developing a rare-earth-magnet-free axial flux electric motor (AF-EESM) for automotive and defense. Our dynamometer prototype performs within 10% of simulation, validated by a third party (TRL 4). A leading global automotive OEM has signed a letter of support and launched a project with us, and we’ve received a $2M Army SBIR Phase II award.
Unitra, Inc. is building the translation layer for global gaming. Online games increasingly bring together players who do not share a language, but real-time voice and in-game communication remain difficult to translate without interrupting gameplay. Unitra AI addresses this with a desktop application that translates voice chat, typed chat, and on-screen game text in real time, allowing players to communicate across languages while they play.
Since open beta, Unitra has grown organically to 3,400+ users across 90+ countries, approximately 400 weekly active users, and 3,600+ translation hours per month. User growth has reached 75% month over month, and the company has begun generating subscription revenue before meaningful paid acquisition.
Unitra’s consumer product shows us where cross-language demand is strongest across games, regions, and language pairs. We use that real player demand as evidence to identify and sell into the highest-value enterprise opportunities. Long term, we see the larger opportunity in infrastructure and integrations for game studios, publishers, esports, and streaming platforms.
