The Accelerate Breakfast Series is a premier gathering for entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders across the DMV region. Each event offers an exciting platform to connect, collaborate, and discover high-potential investment opportunities from some of the area’s fastest-growing tech companies.
The next Accelerate Breakfast Series event will be Thursday, July 10, 2025 at the Carahsoft Conference and Collaboration Center in Reston, VA.

The Accelerate Breakfast Series is a partner event of the Accelerate Investor Conference, held in the new FUSE building in Arlington, VA, November 5-6, 2025. Eligibility and application details for companies to present can be found here.

Eligible companies must:

Be located in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C.
Be actively seeking seed-stage capital ($500,000 – $2 million)
Have a scalable technology-focused business model

There is no cost to apply or present.
Applications from historically underserved groups and minority entrepreneurs are especially encouraged.

July 2024 Presenters

AGED Diagnostics – A pre-clinical diagnostics venture developing blood tests for fatty liver disease and liver fibrosis. AGED is developing the first accurate, noninvasive blood test, and they are currently in the middle of a 500-patient clinical trial in the US and Germany. They were awarded Pepperdine’s Most Fundable Company of 2023.
Anantyx, LLC – Offering Cloud Command (ACC), a groundbreaking self-service cloud management platform. ACC transforms complex cloud terminology into simple language, empowering users to be more productive and responsible with their cloud usage, utilizing Generative AI to streamline cloud adoption.
AtWork Systems, LLC – Developing SaaS platforms for managed services in the GovCon sector. AtWork’s platforms automate back-office tasks, eliminate compliance issues, and help businesses scale through tools like OneLynk™ and CentrumCyber™ software for government contractors of all sizes.
Derive – An AI-accelerated cyber risk assessment and management platform. Derive empowers organizations to make informed, data-driven decisions about cybersecurity by continuously prioritizing strategies based on real-world data and financial impacts.

Slip Signal – A technology company developing Spectrally Efficient Digital Logic (SEDL), a solution to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) in electronic circuits.
